Blackberry 9000 and 9100 Reference Spotted

BGR has spotted some interesting references to the 9000 and 9100 Blackberry devices in a system file. Let’s cut to the chase, here’s what the finding suggests (and it’s just an educated speculation):

There’s a 9100 model. That could be the version with a Camera, or that might just describe that fact that one is GSM and the other is CDMA
It has WiFi and it looks like it has UMA too (VOIP calls over WiFi)
There are the names of many carriers, including AT&T and T-Mobile, which could point to an upcoming T-Mobile 3G network.
