FCC clears HTC Touch Dual

The almighty FCC has stamped its mark of approval on the HTC Touch Dual, which means it ought to be released pretty soon. It will be a Best Buy exclusive, and will feature 3G connectivity for folks who want to surf wherever they are without having to boot up a computer. The Touch Dual goes one up on the regular Touch by featuring a slide-out 20-key keyboard, making composing text messages speedily a simple task. It will be powered by the TouchFLO user interface and ships with Windows Mobile 6.1. Budget-conscious folk ought to avoid this though as it won't be a cheap handset at all.
