Honda GPS Navigation Shows Crime Map
Posted on Apr 22, 08 10:44 AM PDT

Honda is going to feature crime maps into their in-dash GPS navigation system that will provide a crime rating for each “region” (whatever that is). The system will be deployed in Japan, where the police keep good statistics per district. It will show areas where cars have been stolen or broken into. I looked at a similar crime map for San Francisco and I’m not sure how useful this would be around here: cars are broken into everywhere in the city, lol
