JayBird JB-200 Bluetooth In-Ears Headphones
Posted on Apr 21, 08 06:23 PM PDT

JayBird has just released its JB-200 Bluetooth in-ears headphones that prides itself in bringing great audio quality no matter where you are, thanks to its wind- and weather-resistant build along with a microphone that features noise supression technology. It retails for $130 (standalone) a pop, and is compatible with a wide range of A2DP Bluetooth handsets right now in the market. You will be able to choose from several packages though, including one where it ships with a Bluetooth adapter for an iPod as well as another for a generic MP3 player. Audio playback will last for 5.5 hours before a recharge is required, while you can talk on the JB-200 for up to 6.5 hours at best. Sleek!

I just bought JB-200 yesterday and now still testing it.
My Cons: I found out the control buttons are rather difficult to press on. You need a certain way to really press it without having the right ear piece to move. Another thing is, the switch between playing music to making call isn't very smooth.
The Pros: The bass and the acoustic quality is pretty good, the hidden mic isn't bad as well, the ear pieces fit nicely even when I have my glasses on. A lot of things that I still need to get use, but I think this BT is a winner for the moment.

I gotten My JB-200, I used it with tilt and the A2DP don't work, 2nd problem is that the sound quality is not good, compare to s9, that I won, third, when outside, you can't really talk, so if you think you might get away with not using your handsfree, think twice. just waste of money, and time, I am returning mine as we speak. thanks.

I bought the JB-200. The first unit was defective due it cutting out after a few minutes of pairing. The replacement unit didn't have this problem. However, (1) A2DP "has problems" with the popular AT&T Tilt (aka HTC Kaiser) which Jaybird says will be fixed in a few months (2) I didn't own a pair of JB-100, but the JB-200 bass compared to the Motorola S9 Bluetooth and my pair of v-moda wired headphones is rather weak. In fact, the S9 sounds better than almost every Bluetooth A2DP headset out there. Being an audiophile, I've owned and/or tried no less than eleven of them. My favorite over-the-ear Bluetooth pair are the Cardo S2; though not for extended wearing.

I have bought the JB-200 and this is the best bluetooth headset i have tried out of 4.
The complains about bass in the jb-100 model have been fixed and is now on a level of all in the box headsets with wire.
The fit is excellent although you get a little bit of dumbo ears.
The general sound is very good.
The range is guranteed 3 metres and i can use the headset in my appartment 3 rooms with only a few fall outs once in a while.
I found problems paring the headset to my blackberry curve (no reconnect after being shut down)
On my erricsson k810i it works like a charm.
Overall this headset is very good and i believe its the best of its kind on the marked not counting the large headsets that covers the ear.
