Motorola will be ousting its H680 Bluetooth headset with the H690, featuring dual microphones and echo-reducing software that Motorola claims to deliver a more crisp call for recipients, while the redesigned earbud is meant to be easier on your ear in the long run. Currently, Motorola has pegged a 5.5 hour talktime to the headset. As for the ROKR EQ3, this speaker is a first for Motorola. Targeting music-centric handsets like the ROKR E8 and PMPs, the EQ3 folds out from a travel-sized block, connecting to the (thankfully) 3.5mm headphone jack or through Bluetooth. A quartet of AAA batteries will be able to power the EQ3 up to 12 hours. Both the H690 and EQ3 will ship this spring, with no word on pricing as at press time.
