More on BenQ MID

The BenQ MID is one rather interesting concept which is suffering from a personality disorder - it isn't sure whether to be a PMP or GPS navigation system. Here are the specifications - you be the judge.

• 800 MHz Silverthorne processor, Poulsbo chipset
• 512MB RAM
• 4GB SSD
• HSDPA, WiFi and Bluetooth 2.0+EDR connectivity
• Optional GPS sensor

No idea on when this will hit the streets though, nor how much will it cost.
