It is able to take note of your weight, BMI, subcutaneous fat ratio, organ fat level, muscle level, and basal metabolic rate. Not only that, it also ranks you in each category on a five point scale and gives you an overall health rating based on your current age. The screen is a breeze to read no matter what your age is, and can be brought up to eye level while standing assuming your belly takes ownership of the largest diameter in your body. I think women will probably be more obsessed with the Overall Health Balance Scale's results, as us men will probably resort to Wii Fit as a remedy.
