Windows Mobile Photon Unveiled
Posted on Apr 1, 08 09:35 AM PDT

Windows Mobile Photon, also known as Windows Mobile 7, was just released by Microsoft at CTIA today. This new Windows Mobile version features a full standards compliant web browser in addition to front facing cameras on all its devices which make video conferencing a snap. In addition, the highly anticipated Windows Mobile 6.1 update was released today, making it easier to zoom in and out on web pages by simply pressing the volume keys on your device. The Photon naming convention was probably used in order to avoid confusion with Windows 7 for the desktop.

April's fools. Or the stupidest move by Microsoft to remove all the appeal from all the new WM6.1 handsets coming this year.
Android for me till photon arrives.
