A look at the Samsung T229

Samsung's upcoming T229 clamshell will be available from T-Mobile, and it is but the most basic of handsets with enough features to get you by each day, although you won't be able to impress anyone with the following specifications.

• Quad-band GSM radio
• Bluetooth connectivity
• VGA camera

There is a possibility Samsung might throw in EDGE data support and give the camera a 1.3 megapixel boost, but other than that this looks set to be one of those free handsets as long as you sign up for a 2-year agreement.
