Epoda Technology has released its EP2501 waterproof watch phone which does not only allow you to talk with your friends, but also able to do so even if you're caught under a torrent of rain. Of course, it doesn't really make sense if you don't have a waterproof Bluetooth headset to go along unless you like to carry out your conversations using the built-in speakerphone.
