Glo Pillow Concept
Posted on May 19, 08 09:40 PM PDT

The Glo Pillow concept is something you don't see every day - this pillow uses an LED fabric substrate right below the pillow's surface, aiming to wake the user with light. It will kick into action 45 minutes before the alarm is due to activate, letting the pillow glow as though you have a halo right behind your head. The intensity will increase by stages from 0 lux all the way to 250 lux, helping your body wake up the natural way. The LED fabric substrate also doubles up as a display, showing the current time on it's surface thanks to a grid of LEDs located inside the pillow. Not too sure how much battery this will take, but hopefully it won't rudely jolt you from your beauty sleep.
