No-Contact Jacket

You can't really tell what kind of nutcases there are outside these days, making it even more important for women to protect themselves especially if they travel alone. The No-Contact Jacket ought to be the perfect defensive fodder, dispensing a whopping 80,000 volts of low amperage electric current pulses to shock and ward off your attacker should they decide to try anything funny with you. The wearer (you) will be protected via a unique electrically insulated rubber layer. Hopefully you don't forget that you're wearing this and accidentally wipe your mouth with your sleeve. Hard to believe this is powered by a mere 9V alkaline battery, but the proof's in the pudding apparently.
