The folks at Nury Tech of Korea will probably laugh at the Wii Fit with disdain, thinking that it is child's play. Actually, they are right, when comparing it to the THP2 Personal Training System. This much more complicated system brings together a GPS pod, a body fat scale as well as a chest strap that helps monitor your overall well being during and after a workout. Information is transferred wirelessly to a watch controller that in turn sends all the relevant data over to a PC receiver. The Nury Tech THP2 Personal Training System will arrive on US shores later this year, retailing for $180. Sounds much more serious than the Wii Fit - I think I'll stick to Nintendo's offering to get my sweaty kicks in.
