Samsung Slash heads for Virgin Mobile

Virgin Mobile will be offering the new Samsung Slash, bringing an extremely lightweight phone that weighs a mere 3 ounces while measuring 3.8" x 1.8" x 0.7". It will feature Bluetooth connectivity, a color display, voice dialing, Web access and a talk time of 3.5 hours at best. Other specifications are still kept under lock and key, including availability and pricing. As the age old adage goes - good things come to those who wait, so that's just about all we can do at the moment.

It looks good, but has the same operating system as all the others. I am currently using the Flare and really have no complaints with it. I might get this when the price drops.

ok the phone sux get that in your heas, it's 5 yaers out of date, it is the smae thing as all there other phones, but with a diffrent name. the screen is the smae, the cmaera is vga(Vm is going backwards after the cyclops), o yes it has the same programing as the audiovox hello vm get a clue, better phones even if they cost more. THIS PHONE IS OUT OF DATE AND LACKS BASIC STYLE, LIKE IT'S TINY SCREEN, THAT IS THE SAME ON THE SUPER SLICE IT'S SO PIXELY. vIRGIN BOILE EITHER NEEDS TO MEREGE WITH Helio or get better phones.

seriously!! this is the coolest phone i've seen with the virgin mobile service and as long as its under $100, i'm buying it. I'm tired of my beautiful phone with craptastic reception- and i'm also tired of flip phones....

I would definately pay for higher end phones with virgin mobile if they were available. The service works well for me and I don't care for contracts. Hopefully, this is a step in the right direction. I believe the UK customers get decent phones.

the phone is ok, but when will virgin mobile get a decent phone. i don't care about the cost of the phone i care about the contract. Also, would it kill them to put decent sized screens on their phones, i have a super lice and the resolution sucks as well as the size of the screen compared to the extra room. COOL NEW PHONES BRING NEW CUSTOMERS THAT WOULD BY MORE IN TERMS MINUTES, OLD PHONES BRING CHEAP CUSTOMERS WHO DON NOT WANT TO BUY ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY CANT AFFORD ANYTHING. gET SOME NEW PHONES vIRGIN mOBILE
