TDK Has New SSD

TDK aims to make a splash in the SSD market by unveiling a new 1.8" model which will feature AES encryption function known as DSS HS1. This will definitely put your mind at rest against unauthorized entry and access of your data should you actually lose your notebook, but that doesn't mean you ought to reduce your vigilance in guarding your possessions when traveling. Available in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB capacities, this new 1.8" SSD from TDK features a read and write speed of 100MB/s and 50MB/s, respectively. There is no word on pricing as at press time.
