Hitachi has new LCD Projectors

Hitachi recently introduced a couple of new projectors for the masses - the CP-X206 and CP-X306 3LCD projectors. Both will feature remote control and maintenance over a LAN connection, perfect for administrators to monitor various functions such as lamp life on every projector on the network without budging from their favorite seat in a remote location. In addition, they can also program the time to turn a projector on or off from the computer itself, making this convenient for use in campuses as well as large office buildings. A hybrid filter is included in both devices, offering up to 2,000 hours of performance before a replacement is required. In addition, being mounted on the side of the chassis makes it accessible regardless of how you mount the projecor. The CP-X206 projector will be the inferior model between the two at 2,200 lumens of brightness compared to the CP-X306's 2,600 lumens.
