First it does come with a USB cable. I just purchased one of the devices to use a reader of e books. I would like a little larger screen, but then I might as well continue to carry my note book. No, for the size and price its not bad.

A friend of mine recently purchased one of these things. I would not consider it a pda. For one thing you can't really enter any information on it. All pda's that i've ever known have a stylus or some simple form of data entry. She showed me the mibook and it has options for a calendar and some mp3s in it's menu. But she told me she couldn't figure out how to get anything on to it. Being someone who works with computers, i realized the only way to do anything with this is to hook it up to your computer with a usb cable that isn't included, and if you can figure out how to hook it up to the PC you may as well look up how to cook a meal on the internet, after all, it's free.
