Panasonic's Toughbook can be said to be the anti-Eee PC - it offers durability of unprecedented levels that something as fragile as the Eee PC could never hope to achieve. Of course, the $2,499 price tag also plays a very large factor in this, as Panasonic claims that the CF-U1 was specially "engineered for the walking worker." Features and specifications include :-

Gotta love the 9 hour battery life touted with this model, which is more than enough to get work done even when you're away from a power outlet.
