Rubin on Android

Andy Rubin, Google’s Senior Director of Mobile Platforms, has recently demonstrated the non-touchscreen version of the Android platform by showing off a browser specially designed for pure button-based navigation, in addition to parading Android's ability to multitask by using Google Maps with a media player and photo app simultaneously. Of course, the hardware specifications are still unknown but we do know that Android has a minimum processor requirement of 200Mhz with Google placing more emphasis on the software than the hardware.
