Toshiba TDP-SP1U Projector

Toshiba has a new projector for the masses which it claims won't burn a hole in your pocket - the TDP-SP1U. This one retails for a mere $719 (relatively cheap when compared to others) and is a lightweight at just 4.8 pounds. Other features include :-

• DLP BrilliantColor
• Extended lamp life of up to 4,000 hours
• 2,200 lumens brightness
• 2,000:1 contrast ratio
• 800 x 600 resolution
• Password protection
• 2-watt speaker

I'm rather disappointed by the resolution though - it just won't do in this day and age. Ah well, I guess when you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.
