Philips SPA 5200 Clip-on Speakers
Jul 17, 08 08:06 PM PDT

Just like those clip-on Bluetooth headsets, along comes the Philips SPA 5200 clip-on speakers that does away with the problem of entanglement during use. These speakers can be fixed to the side of your display, and is a snap to remove and tote around. They're powered as long as they remain connected to the computer via USB, pumping out 1W of audio. Of course, that isn't enough to turn the room upside down or liven up a party, but it is sufficient for personal use. The Philips SPA 5200 will retail for £39.99 and comes with its own travel pouch. There is no given release date, but Philips did mention it ought to be out soon.
