Worldwide E-Book Display Shipments to Rise
Posted on Jul 24, 08 07:05 PM PDT

We all know that applied knowledge is power, and one of the best ways to obtain knowledge would be through reading. Since this is the 21st century and all, it would be prudent to assume that e-books will pick up in the near future, and iSuppli predicts that worldwide e-book display shipments will rise to 18.3 million units in 2012. This means folks who want to see their books published in the electronic format will have plenty more opportunities to do so, and if you want to churn out that one good book in you, now would be a good time to start in order to gain first mover advantage, never mind if the quality is not all that great.
