Albatron wants to rock your world with their Rocker in-car tablet PC that was just released in Korea via Piesco. Folks who absolutely must have a Windows-powered computer of sorts wherever they go can check out the Albatron Rocker, although it is highly recommended not to use this while you're busy behind the wheel, navigating through rush hour traffic. Features on the Albatron Rocker include :-

• 7" LCD display
• ARM9 400MHz processor
• 128MB RAM
• 128MB NAND flash memory
• SD/MMC memory card slot
• Wi-Fi connectivity
• Audio and video playback supported
• Built-in webcam
• Supports Web-based email service among others

No idea on pricing for this Windows CE-powered device though.
