Bath Safeguard Prevents Burns

Taking a bath in a bathtub can be pretty relaxing for most of us, but it is quite tricky to get the right temperature. Instead of scalding yourself silly in the process, Kai Chen has designed the Bath Safeguard electronic bath plug that glows according to the current temperature. I would much prefer a digital readout of the current temperature since color can be considered as "analog", and you don't really know whether pink is too hot for you or not. The Bath Safeguard is made out of waterproof silicon, so it will be interesting to see if there are any manufacturers who are willing to take up this concept and turn it into reality.
