Dell's on a roll with the new Precision M2400 notebook that targets the engineering and digital media content creator crowd. This 14.1" mobile workstation comes with the following specifications :-

• Intel Core 2 Duo processor
• Nvidia Quadro FX 370M 256MB graphics card
• Up to 8GB RAM
• Up to 320GB hard drive
• Optional 64GB SSD
• Built-in optical drive
• Fingerprint reader
• ExpressCard slot
• 5-in-1 memory card slot

You will be able to choose from an LED backlight or a standard CCFL backlight, but that again depends on your budget. Other connectivity options include Gigabit Ethernet LAN, Wi-Fi and optional Bluetooth as well as mobile broadband modules. Powered by a choice of Windows Vista 32-bit or 64-bit operating systems, you will be able to pick up the Dell Precision M2400 from $1,349 upwards.
