Apple runs a back-to-school promotion until September 15 that involves an "up-to" $299 rebate for those who purchase a MacBook computer and an iPod. Obviously, if you aren't very good at sending rebate information, you should think twice about this. But if you are good with paperwork, and if you were going to get a MacBook anyways, then it might be a good deal. Go to the apple website for more details.
