Nikon D90 Image Leak?

Here's a possible image of the Nikon D90 that has no shortage of rumors. Do you think this is a Photoshopped image, or is it the real deal? My instinct says that this is fake, since it does not come with the customary blur effect that most spyshots tend to have. If this is real, then I must say the penalties at Nikon for leaking images ought to be much less lenient compared to 40 lashes on the bottom.
