Panasonic Has 5 New HDTVs

With Samsung releasing 8 new TVs of the plasma and LCD variety, Panasonic wants to stay in the hunt by rolling out 5 of their own. These will be available in a couple of series - the ZR900 and PZ800 range. The former will come in 42", 46" and 50" sizes, featuring the following :-

• 1TB internal hard drive
• Digital TV tuner
• YouTube-ready

As for the PZ800 series, one can choose between the 58" and larger 65” screen sizes. These plasma screens will come with a 30,000:1 contrast ratio, Viera Link, Network TV and 4-port HDMI connectivity. No idea on pricing though, but they shouldn't be cheap.
