This portable media player is capable, cute, small and cheap ($73 for the 2GB version) just take a look at the specifications:

• Mpeg4, H.264/AVC video formats
• MP3, WMA, AAC audio formats
• 7.5mm thin
• 12 hours (audio) to 5 hours (video) of battery life

The catch: it's only available in China.
