Here's a tablet PC from Fujitsu - the Stylistic ST6012, and it boasts some pretty souped up specfiications that ought to get fanboys and passers-by interested as well. Features on the ST6012 include :-

• 12.1" touch screen display at 1,920 x 1,200 resolution
• Intel 1.4GHz ultra-low voltage processor
• 1GB RAM (max. 4GB)
• 64GB SSD/320GB hard drive options
• Integrated 3G UMTS module
• Wi-Fi connectivity
• Bluetooth support
• 1.3 megapixel camera
• Two USB 2.0 ports
• ExpressCard slot
• VGA output
• Multi memory card reader
• Fingerprint sensor

All that in a package that weighs no more than 3.5lbs - sounds pretty solid. No idea on pricing or availability though, but it shouldn't come too cheap considering what has been crammed inside.
