iPod Compatible Fridge

Gorenje is signing the first “made for iPod” fridge. It was shown at IFA 2008 and it’s basically a fridge with an iPod dock that would not only charge the player, but also allow to play music on the fridge built-in speakers. But that’s not all, Gorenje makes WIFI appliances that can be controlled by the iPod Touch or the iPhone via an especially designed web portal. My wallet is shaking in fear as I type this post because that kind of appliance can’t come for cheap. But hey, someone has to do it first, right? What do you think of the idea of controlling your home appliances from your phone?
