How many of you these days hang out in the kitchen long enough to know that knives do get blunt in due time? Well, the Knife Sharpener concept definitely makes the whole process much easier - all you need to do is slide the knife into the Sliding sharpening mechanism and you're good to go. The mechanism inside will automatically adjusts itself to match the curvature of a wide range of blades. Pretty simplistic in design, but what are the physical hurdles that such a device must overcome before it becomes reality?
