LG and Samsung have both expressed their desires of releasing an Android handset, but for fans of both companies, you will have to wait until Q3 2009 at the earliest for their efforts to make an appearance. That's an extremely long time - either they're just getting started, or are they looking towards the market movement for Android handsets before making a commitment? Who do you think will make the best Android-powered handset, and why?
