Pinnacle Systems has unveiled its PCTV HD mini Stick and Pinnacle TV for Mac HD mini Stick, allowing your PCs and Macs to function as platforms for viewing HDTV channels. According to Pinnacle, both USB sticks are the smallest devices of its kind in the market right now that boast high reception sensitivity courtesy of the built-in signal booster technology. Each purchase comes with a remote control to get the couch potato in you smiling, while a telescopic TV antenna makes it that much easier to pick up digital over-the-air TV (ATSC) and unencrypted digital cable TV (ClearQAM) for SDTV and HDTV signals with maximum resolutions of 1080i. It hooks up to your computer via USB 2.0. You will be able to pick up the PCTV HD mini Stick and Pinnacle TV for Mac HD mini Stick for $120 and $130, respectively when September 21st rolls around.
