Sony introduces something a little bit different with their new Vaio CP1 digital picture frame, featuring Wi-Fi connectivity and a built-in RSS reader for you to grab photos off compatible online photo albums such as Picasa as well as news headlines and updates to keep you on par with the happenings around the world. Of course, its primary function is to display photos, and it does that pretty well thanks to a 7" 800 x 480 resolution LCD display that can feature up to 16 million colors. Memory card slots are included to work with Memory Stick media, SD and CompactFlash cards. It will retail in the region of $300, which might be pretty expensive since you can get a low-end netbook for that price.
