Bill Gates is known for his taste for Tablet / Touch computers, so it's not so surprising that the Q1 was his choice for this donation, although I thought that he would pick a Tablet - May be Samsung donated too? Anyhow, the important thing is that users over there can roam with edgy UMPCs.
"The Nebraska Library Commission is proud to announce that the following 48 Nebraska public libraries have been awarded WiFi Connectivity Grants, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Each library will be receiving a Linksys WiFi Router and a Dell laptop or Samsung Q1 Ultra UMPC. " (libraries list, photos)
