Apple To Hold MacBook Event

Word has it Apple will go ahead and hold a special event next Tuesday, using this opportunity to roll out new Mac notebooks at its Cupertino-based campus, specifically, the Apple Town Hall. Previous years has seen the fruity company take the same approach, rolling out the new aluminum iMacs while parading next iterations of iWork and iLife, a new iPod Hi-Fi (which didn't fare too well shortly thereafter), and a Core Duo Mac mini. Could it be this time round that Apple will finally announce the new $800 MacBook for the masses?
