Caller ID Add-on For Android
Posted on Oct 28, 08 07:26 PM PDT

WhitePages' Caller ID is an add-on for the default Android caller ID, letting you know of the incoming caller's location. While the technology is not yet perfected, so far initial usage has shown it to be fairly accurate in terms of location, but it still isn't able to tell the difference between a landline or not as there have been some hiccups along the way. Pretty useful for those strange unknown numbers that keep on calling you, and this could be used by a suspicious spouse to determine whether the partner is telling the truth about being in Chicago for a business trip when Caller ID actually shows New York instead. You can download Caller ID from the Android Marketplace now.
