Firefox coming to Windows Mobile 'in weeks'
Posted on Oct 8, 08 04:34 PM PDT
Two days ago, Mozilla's CEO John Lilly confirmed that Firefox Mobile was on the way and should appear as an "Alpha" (early test) version "in a few weeks". However, today's news is that Windows Mobile is planned to be among the first platform to get the new builds - unless Mozilla plans to launch all platforms at once. The world learned the news from Mozilla developer Mark Finkles who wrote:
"Work on Windows Mobile has heated up quite a bit. We should be getting some Fennec builds for Windows Mobile soon."
