Halloween Lights Controlled Via Internet
Posted on Oct 15, 08 10:51 AM PDT

Welcome to the 21st century, where even your Halloween light decorations can be controlled over the Internet. The brainchild of Alek Komarnitsky, this Halloween light expose has neen rigged with the X10 protocol, coincidently used to control home automation systems and lights. Pretty neat to have, although what fun is there for you to control the lights from your office while you're not there to enjoy it? At least it adds to the season's spirit, as unsuspecting onlookers might think your pad is slightly less haunted than Amityville.
