The HTC T8290 has been leaked, and this highly angular handset was specially designed for Russia’s Yota WiMAX network, which means you ought to remain connected online in most places with WiMAX coverage, allowing you to surf at broadband speeds without relying on spotty 3G connectivity. Some of the features that surfaced include :-

• 3.8" display at 800 x 480 resolution
• 802.11g Wi-Fi connectivity
• Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity
• GSM and WiMAX support

There is no word on pricing as at press time.
