MacBook And MacBook Pros Play Nice With 6GB RAM

While Apple has officially stated that its recently released MacBook and MacBook Pros are able to support a maximum of 4GB RAM, along comes memory sales company Ramjet who claims otherwise, shoving in a 2GB and one 4GB stick into these new computers, letting them run just fine without any problems. Those who have been more adventurous by throwing in a couple of 4GB sticks will be greeted by stability issues in Mac OS X whenever the extra RAM is accessed, but strangely enough, 6GB is the practical limit. The more the merrier, I say!
