Nanovision Unveils MIMO Displays

Nanovision of Korea has rolled out a new 7" LCD display that aims to function as a secondary monitor. Each mini-widescreen display comes with a 800 x 480 resolution count and can be rotated to view the image in either landscape or portrait modes. All you need to do is hook it up to your PC via the USB 2.0 port and you're good to go. Heck, you can get a bunch of these and connect to the same computer without having to worry about purchasing an additional video card. The UM-710 model is the entry level version while the UM-750 comes with touch screen capability along with an integrated webcam and DMB TV tuner. The UM-710 and UM-750 will retail for $78 and $147, respectively. No word on when these will be released outside of Korea.
