NEC Unveils Pink Hello Kitty Notebook

It would be a farce if NEC teamed up with Sanrio to release a notebook that did not come in pink, so good thing they stuck to tradition. Enlisting the help of French fashion designer Courrèges, NEC's new female-only notebook that will hit the Japanese market is known as the NEC LaVie G Hello Kitty Courrèges and will be sold online and via selected Sanrio outlets only. Specifications include :-

• AMD Athlon QL-60 1.9GHz processor
• 13.3" WXGA screen (1,280 × 800 resolution)
• DVD drive
• 2GB RAM
• 160GB hard drive
• Built-in nail polish dryer

Any orders made bby October 28th will result in a free Hello Kitty-styled mouse and mouse pad. I'm kidding about the integrated nail polish dryer, although you could do so by placing your newly varnished nails in front of the notebook's exhaust vent - I'm pretty sure the hot air will do enough to dry the tips of your digits.
