PowerPutt Gets Your Golfing Kicks In
Posted on Oct 30, 08 06:17 PM PDT

Want to bring a little bit of arcade golfing action back home? You can now do so with the PowerPutt. Developed by the same company that rolled out Golden Tee, PowerPutt presents pretty decent graphics with a similar control scheme as that of the Golden Tee. This game will be coin operated (yes, even though you're rich enough to buy a machine and place it at home), and the green fees are way cheaper than that of an actual golf course - you will need to pay $1 per player for a 9-hole round, while a full 18-hole round will cost double the amount. Up to 16 players can play in each round, taking their turns while the other 15 sit around the table and catch up on the latest news. There are three courses to choose from - Freaky Tiki, Dusty Trail and Skull Island.
