Posted on Oct 15, 08 07:59 AM PDT

SanDisk is back in the music industry with the new Sansa slotMusic MP3 player this time round which is meant to work with newly released slotMusic cards in the US. slotMusic players will retail for a mere $20 each, and caters to albums on slotMusic cards as well as any other microSD card containing your very own selection of music - just make sure those files are encoded in MP3 and WMA (DRM-free) formats, or else it would be a no go situation. This slotMusic player will come pre-loaded with an album and has a customizable black shell, earphones and battery, all for the bundled price of $35. There will be accessories released for the slotMusic player in the future, and these include a Sansa Card Wallet, an armband and additional slotMusic player shells. Why am I not surprised?
