There is no doubt that slim is in, and USI keeps up with the latest trends in its MID-160 device that is touted to be the "thinnest Intel Atom processor-based MID launched to-date in the world". Pricing and availability details have yet to be ironed out, but here are the specifications to help keep the anticipation level high.

• Intel Atom processor

• 512MB RAM
• Ubuntu Linux
• Supports 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, HSDPA or WiMAX connectivity
