Verizon Kept Busy For The Holidays

The upcoming holiday season will be a busy one for Verizon, given their upcoming release of handsets that will definitely cause those who are looking for a new phone to ponder for more than a moment. Most importantly, the Samsung Omnia SCH-i910 will finally arrive, and it looks just like the GSM version with previously confirmed specifications. Just to refresh your memory, this Windows Mobile 6.1-powered smartphone will feature :-

• 5 megapixel camera
• 8GB internal memory
• microSD memory card slot
• 128MB RAM
• GPS navigation with VZ Navigator
• CDMA/EV-DO connectivity

Other upcoming Verizon Wireless handsets that are scheduled for a November release include the HTC Touch Pro (CDMA version), the BlackBerry Storm and the Samsung Renown SCH-U810.
