AOpen XC mini PC with Blu-ray Combo drive

Available in limited quantity only, AOpens new XC MP45-BDR mini PC features a high-end Blu-ray DVD reader/writer combo drive and runs on the Intel Montevina platform. It can receive up to 4GB of DDR2 667/800 SO-DIMM modules (laptop memory). It includes 6 USB 2.0 ports, and support for HDCP Full HD 1080P playback with 5.1 channel surround sound.

This machine is definitely intended as a Media PC and looks like it would serve that purpose well. The built-in GMAX4500MHD graphics engine fully supports Microsoft's DirectX 10 for great image quality and advanced support of modern PC games.

Google Shopping shows the lowest base price around $550.00 at the moment. That's not a bad deal for the Motherboard, case and Blu-Ray drive. It also includes a Media Center remote compatible with Windows Vista Premium.
