This 3-ounce device will clip onto your seatbelt, and can be used to tighten and hold the lapbelt without putting additional strain on the shoulder strap. The main idea behind the CG-Lock is to prevent sliding towards the pedals and improve driver posture, while those who tend to push their vehicles on race tracks (real or on the empty freeway) will find it helpful as the safety factor is boosted. The CG-Lock's design is touted to come with 80% of the holding power of a full racing harness, and will retail for £40.
